Class Levels
(For Class Description go to tab under Schedule)
- Level I: Introductory classes with Yoga basics: postures/asanas, alignment, philosophy, and breathing. Props may be used to increase accessibility and awareness in postures. No active inversions. Intensity Mild/Gentle
- Level 2: Basic principles of Yoga asana/postures, alignment, philosophy, and breathing techniques. Postures are taught in stages of difficulty with use of props, making Yoga accessible. Develops balance, strength, and flexibility through standing, seated and inverted poses. Moderate Intensity.
- Level 3: Explore and refine your practice with advanced poses including deep back bends, forward bends, hand balances, and inversions. Breathing techniques/Pranayama included. Vigorous Intensity.
